Windsurfing Lessons in Florida

This class is specifically designed for the beginning windsurfer. The step by step system of land simulation followed by water practice will allow a beginner to learn quickly. These Florida Windsurfing Lessons emphasize balance and technique over strength allows you to learn quicker and easier. We use the latest in wide style boards that are almost three feet wide, but still offer fun with the use of use. Falling is almost a thing of the past when Florida Windsurfing. Oftentimes the instructor will be sitting on the front of your board so as coaching will be immediate and comforting.

The sails are light-weight and fitted to your size so the sails are light-weight to you. We teach turning around first so you can always make it back. Sailing straight across the wind, upwind and downwind with steering are some of the skills taught in the first 3 hour session.
