SHIPPING

We work hard to keep our shipping fees low - so we use a combination of UPS, Fedex, the US Mail, and air cargo. The most cost effective way to ship large items (anything longer than 96" or over 135" length + girth) is to use air cargo. That means you have to pick the item up from an airport near you. Shipping to your door will be more expensive, but we are happy to work with you to find the best option for you. If you have a preferred method of shipping, just give us a call or send an email to info@nbwindsurfing.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

RETURNS

Un-used items that are still in the original packaging can be returned for a refund for 14 days or for store credit for 21 days.
Return shipping is paid by the purchaser. Just send the box to us at:
