The Ocean Surf series are for wing foilers who are willing to sacrifice some low-end power and stall-resistance at low speeds for more top-end stability and performance. With a low aspect wing that makes it lifty and powerful, the rounded, sweeping leading edge making it maneuverable and smooth to handle, and the monoconcave front view that adds extra power by cupping the water as you take off, this unique foil will change your foiling experience. What makes the Ocean Surf unique is the foil section that is thinner, sharper and more symmetrical than typical wings. This creates a lift/drag curve that's also unique for the 2000 size: you have more control, speed and stability at higher speeds while sacrificing some stall resistance, power and performance at lower speeds.


The Starboard Wingboard Lite Tech is quite stable for its size due to the boxy rails, square nose, and extra platform at the tail. Starboard keeps the board relatively thin over the foil, to keep your feet closer to the foil and give you stability on the foil as well as on the water's surface. The flat tail rocker and sharp rails get you up to foiling speed quickly, so you can effortlessly glide onto a foil. The 6'3" x 28.5" x 115 liters is the mid-size Wingboard is the ideal balance of stability, glide, and maneuverability for riders up to 100kg. 

Lite-Tec Construction:

• Extra rigidity with the introduction of unidirectional stringer bands and solid with added rail / nose reinforcements.

• Australian pine on the standing area for extra impact resistance and rigidity in the most critical area.

• Comes with shoulder carry strap inserts. Starboard shoulder carry strap can be purchased after market.

• All inserts have added high-density foam reinforcements.
