Starboard Hyper Foil SUP with Slingshot Foil and Sling Wing Package

A complete package with everything you need to get on the water foiling with a hand held wing. But you aren't limited to windy days - with the Starboard Hyper Foil and the Slingshot FSUP foil you can foil in the waves or by paddling downwind with swell. High performance gear that will keep you delighted even when your skills improve!

Take your SUP wave riding to the next level with this new dedicated foil SUP board from Starboard.  The Hyper Foil is new to the 2019 season and brings along with it an extraordinary design and superb performance capabilities.  To begin with this dedicated foil SUP comes in two construction: the Blue Carbon Technology which is the light/strongest construction and the Starlite Technology which is strong and provides additional protection to the rails of the board.  The Hyper Foil is a super stable board for its size due its boxy rails and straight outline allowing for the board to have the maximum amount of volume possible for heavier riders while also making the board very stable and easy to handle when the board gets up and foiling.  The wide tail provides extra stability and a good platform to help pump the foil to get going and the wide round nose allows for early takeoff and reduces speed loss when the board touches down on the water letting the rider get back up on the foil without having to worry about losing the wave.  Finally, the Hyper Foil offers a recessed deck pad for added stability and a lower center of gravity while foiling and a channeled tail reducing speed loss when touching down and also increases tracking when getting on a wave letting the rider get up and foiling super early.

The Hover Glide FSUP Foil from Slingshot gives you amazing hover and glide on a SUP foil board. How far and how long do you want to ride a wave?  This foil delivers no matter what the answer is! The Infinity 84 front wing is so efficient, allowing you to glide rather than endlessly pump and the large outline provides all the low-end lift you’ll ever need to catch every lump that rolls by. Downward turned wingtips on the rear wing stay in the water providing gripping stability when you are really leaning into your carves.

NEW for 2020, the Slingshot SlingWing is part windsurfing, part kiteboarding and part flying, each broken down to their most basic form. When you combine them it simplifies the experience and minimizes gear you need to fly across the water powered by the wind. If you’re new to windsports, the SlingWing is easier, safer and more user-friendly than any of its predecessors, and if you’re an experienced wind junkie, it’s a fun and simplistic style of riding you’ll enjoy instantly. The SlingWing is a light weight inflatable wing that has a rigid frame when pumped up and can be packed in a small bag when deflated. No harness, control bar, lines, mast, boom or battens needed. It’s designed to be used with a foil or paddle board with enough volume for the rider to stand on and can even be used on the snow with skis or a snowboard or on the pavement or ice with skates or a skateboard.

One of the greatest things about the SlingWing is how simple and safe it is to use. All you really need are moderate board/foil skills and a basic awareness of the wind. It was designed to be combined with foiling, and since the friction is so low, it takes very little arm strength to use once you’re cruising. It works the same without a foil on a paddle board, skis/snowboard or skateboard- but may require more strength to use for extended periods.
