Patrik Free Fall Harness Hook

This self-releasing harness hook will help to make your windsurfing a little bit safer.
Everyone knows it. Everyone fears it. The foil windsurfing catapult crash.
Once adjusted correctly the Freefall Hook will open under excessive load and release the sailor from the harness lines. See video below for proper adjustment. Mechanism also has the ability to lock in place for choppy conditions on the fin.

This hook is not an official safety device. It's an addion to your existing protection gear.
It can not protect you from injuries but it can soften your crashes and help to make your foiling/riding experience less dangerous. 
Always wear your safety gear, helmet and impact vest!
Always sail within your limits.

SETTINGS

The release settings can easily be adjusted to your body weight and riding style.
Min. required rider weight (without modification) is around 50kg/110lb while the max rider weight should not exeed 150kg/330lb.

SIZING

M = 26cm wide
L = 29cm wide
XL = 32cm wide
(These measurments apply for use with most double-strap harnesses. For single-strap harnesses, the effective width will be approximately 2cm less while using the more inside single strap slots. See below)
