The Link WindSUPs from Exocet are great boards for learning to windsurf and advancing to intermediate skills.  True wind/sup boards, they have a paddle board shape, but are also designed to be used with a daggerboard when windsurfing and have footstraps.  One special feature that allows this board to be versatile, is the Exocet step tail which gives you glide and great maneuverability paddling, all while giving you the option of windsurfing.
