This is a 2-piece, reduced diameter windsurfing mast made up of 70% carbon fiber and composite material. This construction gives you a responsive feel to your rig. With 70% carbon content in your windsurfing mast, you get a light mast that is easy to maneuver and have a strong-durable layup due to the composite material. The Chinook 70% RDM mast has constant curve bend characteristics which work perfectly with the majority of sails on the market.
