The Pro-Alloy also features a fully articulating head (front end boom head), and absolute length markings so you can look at your windsurfing sails requirements and easily adjust your boom arm to the appropriate length. With proven easy to use adjustment collars you can easily extend the boom arm over 50cm of adjustment. These booms also have a modern bend curve, and have exceptional torsional rigidity.  This is a great feature in a windsurfing boom because it gives you better control of your sail in high winds or strong gusts. The Pro-1 Alloy comes in a narrow 1 1/8" grip diameter that is comfortable in your hands, and allows you to flawlessly switch from side to side through jibes and tacks. These booms work well with both reduced diameter masts or standard diameter masts. They include a positive snap-in skinny adapter so you can easily switch between masts and fit a SDM/RDM perfectly.
