When you want the speed of a race sail and the simplicity of a freeride sail, you want a Goya Mark X Pro! Just like the Mark Pro, but with grid monofilm construction for added durability. Designed to be quick to rig and easy to tune, you will be impressed with the low end power and top end speed and acceleration. Even when you are windsurfing super powered up the Mark X Pro will let you focus on navigating around the bouys in stead of just managing your sail. The wide-spaced xply in the main window, 6 battens, and a cut in clew for a shorter boom length combine to give you the feeling of sailing a smaller sail. Compatible with either standard or reduced diameter masts, the Mark X Pro feels great when used with a fast freerace board, such as the Bolt Pro, or a dedicated slalom/race board, such as the Proton Pro.

The secret to the Mark X Pro’s great feeling is in the heart of the sail, the profile, twist and release. A little more shape forward, a smooth transition, and a smooth and clean release, particularly in the leech area just above the boom. The Mark X Pro has a more neutral feel when powered up, and when the big gust hits, it stays settled.

X-Ply Window Panels. X-Ply offers the same weight and feel of a clear window construction. The difference is increased durability through improved tear resistance. X-Ply film reinforced with yarns is incredibly tear resistant, the perfect body panel material for people looking for maximum durability.

Scrim Body Panels. The colored Scrim material used in the main panels offers super strong durability, super light weight and a supple and alive feel throughout the sail.

X-Ply Luff Panels. Delivering just the right blend between elasticity needed for a luff panel and crispness needed for a sail that’s supposed to go extra fast and extra stable.

Features. Carbon Stretch Control, Titanium Clew Ring, Rip Stop Sleeve and a Molded Tack Fairing round off the peak quality package. Sleeve cut treatments as well as tack and foot reinforcements are now folded to increase durability and prevent edge fraying. A wide upper leech Marker reinforcement prevents breakdown of the leech in strong wind conditions such as Pozo, the Gorge and Omaezaki.
