Windsurf Foiling
Windsurf foiling brings windsurfing to a whole other level. It will help you maximize those not-so-windy days and it feels like you are flying. You should know how to windsurf before attempting to take windsurf foiling lessons.Wing Foiling
Wing Foiling is the real-life version of flying above water. It is easy-flowing and feels much more similar to surfing than windsurf foiling.
The first lesson for wing foiling is all about how to control the wing and is more complex. Wing foiling is definitely for someone looking for a new hobby. It takes around 2 to 3 lessons to master and be able to wing foil for someone who has never done the sport.

What should I wear and bring?
You will be in the water and being active - so dress for comfort. Bathing suits and board shorts are fine, you may want to wear a rash guard or t-shirt you don't mind getting wet for sun protection. In the winter months the water may be chilly - we do have wet suits to fit most people if they are necessary. You may want water shoes, but it is fine to go barefoot too. You will want to bring sunscreen and water.
What if I don't have a lot of upper body strength?
No problem! We emphasize technique and balance when learning and we have specialty beginner gear that is lightweight and easy to handle.
